Mafia^AI ("we", "us", "our") operates an online AI-powered game platform where users can play voice-based Mafia games against artificial intelligence characters. We are a French company and comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We collect only what is necessary to operate the game.

Account Information

When you sign up we collect:

• Authentication details (via email or OAuth such as Google or Discord)

We do not display public usernames to other users. You are not visible to other players.

Gameplay Data

During a game we may collect:

• Text transcripts of conversations between you and AI characters
• Game state, outcomes, and choices

We do not store:

• Voice recordings
• Audio files
• Raw microphone input

Your voice is processed in real time and discarded after use.

Payment Data

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. We only store:

• Purchase history
• Credit balance
• Transaction IDs

2. Why we use this data

We use your data to:

• Run your account
• Track your game credits
• Deliver gameplay
• Improve AI characters and story quality
• Fix bugs and improve performance

We may analyze anonymized or pseudonymized transcripts to improve how the game works.

We do not:

• Sell your data
• Share your data with advertisers
• Use your data for targeted advertising

3. Who sees your data

Your personal data is not shared with other players.

Your data may be accessed by:

• Mafia^AI staff (for maintenance and support)
• Our infrastructure providers (e.g., hosting, AI, payment processors)

All providers are required to comply with GDPR-level security.

4. Profanity & player speech

Mafia^AI allows free speech and does not censor player input.

Transcripts may still be stored for technical and quality purposes.

We do not actively monitor or moderate conversations.

5. Data retention

We keep:

• Account data while your account is active
• Transaction records as required by law
• Game transcripts as needed to improve the system

You may request deletion at any time.
